Australian shipping
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and StarTrack tracked services. Where possible, orders placed by 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Otherwise, the next business day.
Cost
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200.
- Flat $15 standard shipping on orders under $200.
- Express shipping available at checkout from $25, where the destination supports it.
Transit times (typical, after dispatch)
- Melbourne metro: 1–3 business days.
- Sydney / Brisbane / Adelaide / Hobart metro: 2–5 business days.
- Perth metro: 3–7 business days.
- Regional and remote Australia: 4–10 business days.
Every order ships with a tracking number sent to you by email the moment your parcel leaves us. The Australia Post tracking link works straight from your inbox.
How we pack
Faux florals look real because they're built well — which also means they need to be packed thoughtfully.
We hand-wrap every arrangement in acid-free tissue paper, secure the stems with bubble wrap, support the vessel with custom foam inserts, and double-box larger pieces. No styrofoam pellets. No unnecessary plastic. Just careful packing that survives the journey, with packaging worth keeping in case you ever want to send the piece somewhere else.
International shipping
Not yet — we ship within Australia only. If you're overseas and want one of our pieces, send us an email at hello@fauxandfabulous.com and we may be able to arrange something on a case-by-case basis.
