Where we ship.

Australia-wide — every state and territory, metro and regional. We dispatch from our workshop in Melbourne, so Victorian orders tend to arrive fastest, but everywhere on the mainland and Tasmania is well covered by our courier and Australia Post.

We don't ship internationally at launch. If you're overseas and desperate, email us — occasionally we can work something out, but it won't be cheap and we'd rather be honest about that.

How fast.

We dispatch same or next business day from Melbourne. Orders placed before 11am on a business day usually go out that afternoon.

  • Victoria: 1–3 business days.
  • NSW, ACT, SA: 2–4 business days.
  • QLD, TAS: 3–6 business days.
  • WA, NT: 4–7 business days.

These are guides, not guarantees — Australia Post has busy weeks. You'll get tracking either way, so you can watch it travel.

What it costs.

Free shipping on orders over $200. Under that, a flat $15 anywhere in Australia — no surprise regional surcharges, no calculating by postcode at checkout. One flat number.

Every order is paper-wrapped and hand-set into a sized box. No plastic clamshells, no styrofoam, no rattling around.

Tracked, every time.

Every order includes Australia Post tracking. You'll get an email with the tracking number the moment your arrangement leaves the workshop, and another when it's out for delivery. If anything looks stuck, reply to that email and we'll chase it for you.

How it's packed.

Carefully. Each arrangement is paper-wrapped, the vessel protected separately from the blooms, and the whole thing hand-set into a box sized to fit it. No plastic clamshells, no styrofoam peanuts, minimal void fill. It should arrive looking exactly like the photos.

If it arrives damaged.

It shouldn't — but couriers handle a lot of boxes. If a stem has snapped or the glass is chipped, take a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full, no quibbling and no need to send the damaged one back unless we ask.

Change-of-mind returns.

Not quite right for the room? You have 14 days from delivery to return it, in its original condition and packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is at your cost, and we'll refund the item price once it's back with us in good order.

Please don't return one that's been styled, dusted and photographed for the 'gram, then quietly sent back. We can tell, and it's not in the spirit of the thing.
